Our Care Services
Three programmes, each designed with care and adapted to individual needs.
Back to HomeA Methodology Built Around the Person
Each of our three care services begins with careful listening — to the prospective resident, to their family, and to any existing medical providers involved in their care. This information shapes the initial care plan and guides the type of support we put in place from the first day.
We do not assume that what worked for one resident will work for the next. The pace, intensity, and character of care at Verdanta is adjusted for each individual — with honesty about what we can offer and openness when a need falls outside our scope.

Comprehensive Residential Care
A full-service living arrangement for seniors who need ongoing support with personal care, health management, and daily activities. Each resident receives an individualised care plan developed with family input — and where possible, directly with the resident themselves.
The residence offers private rooms, communal dining with chef-prepared meals adapted to dietary needs, and a gentle weekly activity calendar including gardening, music listening, and art. Nursing staff are present at all hours, and regular physician visits are coordinated on-site.
Palliative Comfort Program
A compassionate care programme centred on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with advanced or chronic conditions. The team works alongside the resident's existing medical providers to manage symptoms, address emotional and spiritual needs, and support family members.
The environment is peaceful and unhurried. Private spaces are available for family visits, and care plans are revisited frequently — adjusting with sensitivity to changing needs, personal wishes, and cultural practices.
Family Transition Support
A consultative service for families navigating the decision to move a loved one into residential care. The process includes guided facility visits, a care needs assessment, financial planning guidance, and emotional support through the transition process.
This service acknowledges that the decision is significant, and approaches it with patience and no pressure. It continues with check-in support during the first three months of residence — ensuring the adjustment goes smoothly for resident and family alike.

Shared Standards of Care
Privacy Respected
Resident information is treated confidentially and shared only with those directly involved in their care.
Consistent Staffing
We maintain low staff turnover intentionally. Residents benefit from familiar faces and relationships that develop over time.
No Pressure Approach
Families are given time and space to consider their options. We do not push for commitments before a family feels genuinely ready.
Honest Communication
Families receive clear and straightforward information — including when a situation is difficult or when something has not gone as intended.
Licensed Facility
Verdanta holds full registration under Thailand's Ministry of Public Health for residential care operations, reviewed annually.
Thai & English
Staff communicate fluently in both Thai and English. International and Thai families are served with the same degree of care and attention.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Many families begin with a simple phone call or a message — without knowing exactly what they need. That is completely fine. Our team will listen and help you find the most helpful next step.
